The course gives seven modules explaining the points of carer identification. There will be easy to watch videos of Matthew explaning the challenges and ideas on carer identity. Test your knowledge with a quiz at the end of each module. The quiz will engage with the student interactively and will use friendly animation to tell a story and explain examples.

The course also examines why it is not only important for carers to be identified themselves, but for the health system. Not everyone wants to be labelled or identified as a carer, so I have a module on Labels and Stigma.

There is also a section explaining in more detail why carers should be recognized as there are different views depending on the situation. There are also plenty of organisation pushing for carer identity and recognition. Carer identification and recognition are not the same thing.
